Fees

A 50 minute session at PPS is $150.00 ($132.74 + HST = $150). An 80 minute session is $210.00 ($182.70 + HST = $ 210), and an MBTI assessment is $150.00 ($132.74 + HST = $150).

Fees are paid in full at each appointment. The fee is payable by e-transfer. You will be provided with a receipt for services.

Additionally, fees may be charged for reports and letters written on behalf of patients. Fees for presentations, retreats, and group development workshops are available upon request, as consideration of your group’s needs will determine the workshop fee.

Consult with your insurance company about third-party insurance coverage. Some insurance plans cover Psychotherapy; either with a cap on the amount or coverage for a certain number of sessions. In some cases, there are benefit packages that allow the insured to allocate funds for health at the insured's discretion so find out exactly what your plan covers.  If you are self-employed, you should be able to claim the fees as a deduction.

Please note that psychotherapy fees are not covered by OHIP.

Are you unsure about whether therapy can help you?

Everyone can benefit from psychotherapy.

We live in a world where there are constant suggestions about how to improve our lives. It is impossible to expect that our lives will be free of challenges and rough patches.

If the old strategies of dealing with difficult circumstances are no longer working, and troubling thoughts and feelings can no longer be ignored, it is time to see a psychotherapist.

Contact us and we will happily answer any questions you may have.
